Yogyakarta, Tuesday, March 18, 2025 – The verification of the on-site assessment is part of the accreditation process that took place on March 17-18, 2025, at the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). This verification process aims to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the assessment findings conducted by the Independent Accreditation Institution for Education (LAM Dik) during the previous evaluation, particularly concerning laboratories and facilities that support academic activities.

The verification process involves reviewing documents and ensuring that the evaluation conducted by the assessors aligns with the actual conditions in the laboratories and available facilities. Additionally, validation of additional evidence submitted by the study program is carried out. The accreditation assessment team, consisting of Prof. Dr. Tri Wrahatnolo, M.Pd., M.T., from Universitas Negeri Surabaya, and Dr. Eko Supraptono, M.Pd., IPM, from Universitas Negeri Semarang, meticulously examined all aspects of laboratory facilities and relevant infrastructure in the accreditation assessment.

Prof. Dr. phil. Nurhening Yuniarti, S.Pd., M.T., Head of the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program at UNY, emphasized the importance of this verification stage in ensuring transparency and accuracy in the accreditation process. “We are committed to maintaining high academic standards and continuously improving the quality of our study program. This verification stage is crucial in ensuring that our laboratories and facilities meet the accreditation standards set,” she stated.

The verification process also includes further discussions between the assessment team and study program representatives to provide additional clarifications if needed. The results of this verification will be part of the final accreditation decision, which is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
